So much has been written about leadership - what it takes, what it means, what works, what doesn't. But as we find ourselves in a culture of sharing, citizen journalism, and what I jokingly call "twittering my tube face," we also find ourselves in a new era of leadership - that of Open Leadership - or what I call the collision between compassion and creativity.

My definition of a great leader is someone who can show confidence in the tasks being executed and at the same understand that the final decision is made based on feedback from the team.
