A Woman with Wings is many things: a face book for cause, note cards and stationery, the “Gratitude” line of soy candles, books, “The Journey Within” Workshops, and “The 10 Principles of Leadership.” Regardless of product, service or form, the heart of Wings is inspirational messaging for living a genuine, authentic life.

The Wings Community, www.womanwwings.com, is a networking site and community for women of all ages, including mothers and daughters, and artists who give back and those organizations, charities and causes that benefit from your financial support, passion and volunteerism. WomanwWings.com is also a community for sharing mentoring and leadership skills with other women and the next generation of female leaders.  As the community grows, we will be hosting forum discussions on what it means to be a woman in today's world and what it means to be a leader in today's world.

My vision for WomanwWings.com is to build a thriving, lively online community that shares best practices on giving back, stories on inspirational mothers and daughters, profiles on charities/non-profits, artists and genuine heroes and heroines of our time. There is great wealth in sharing and over time, as we build our membership and community, sponsors will also be invited to participate on the site through forum discussions and sponsor zones that further educate us on their philanthropic efforts and vision for the future.Their contributions will not be about the next bar of soap or running shoe, but rather how they inspire girls to be all that they can be, how they educate on domestic violence and breast cancer, how they bring education to developing countries … how they give back in a big way.

For now, this is more than enough of a vision to keep us busy for a very long time. As we develop and grow and share, your voice will be heard.
