The Facts

The Facts are issues, causes, and concerns that the world faces, that each one of us at some point in life might face, if not personally, certainly through a friend, family member or loved one.  The first step in solving these world wide problems is education and knowledge - hence The Facts.  In this area of Wings, we will offer information on Domestic Violence, Women's Health issues, like Breast Cancer, Ovarian Cancer, Heart Disease, Diabetes, and other issues facing humanity: Poverty, Education, Pediatric Aids and Aids, and even Cruelty to Animals and Animal Rights.

If you would like us to add to the categories being covered in The Facts, please email me at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .

Love Notes: From a Mother to her Daughter.

I have been meaning to introduce Devon Williams to the Wings community for quite some time.  She is a remarkable woman, professional, mother, spouse and a breast cancer survivor.  Devon is the founder of One in Eight Photos (www.oneineightphotos.com) and gives beauty new meaning to those who have survived breast cancer.

Devon is inspirational, compassionate and very creative.  I devote this article to her and her lovely thoughts for tomorrow’s Mother Day, May 8th, 2011.
